This villa is beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard.  The ground floor boasts an amazing amount of open plan living space.  Entering the villa you are greeted by a large living area and formal dining room.  This leads into a large family room where you will be able to put your feet up and relax while you watch premium cable tv, a DVD movie or enjoy PS2.  Put on your favorite music or play a CD on the surrond sound stereo system and sit back and enjoy the wonderful view of the pool and lake.  The spacious kitchen area has a large center isle, dining table and comes fully equipped with all the modern appliances.  The position of the kitchen, immediately adjacent to the covered lanai (for those guests that like a bit of shade) and heated swimming pool (with removable child security fence), makes it perfect for inside or outside dining.  Pool table and cable tv are also offered in the garage game room.

To the guest who brings their laptop, we offer free broadband internet connection.  All local and long distance telephone calls are "free and unlimited" within the US.

Within Sunrise lakes there is a community pool, small cabana and children's playground.  Within a few minutes drive there is a Walgreen's, CVS, Winn-Dixie supermarket and an excellent choice of shops and restaurants.
